    Sign up through Join It — our membership platform — or ask our team to help you enroll at your next visit. The membership is per pet, so each animal in your home will need their own enrollment.

    Your benefits are live the moment your enrollment is confirmed. No waiting period, no activation delay. Same-day discount application is subject to manager confirmation on your first visit.

    Mention Your Membership at Every Visit

    When you check in or schedule an appointment, let our team know you are a membership client. We will verify your status through Join It and apply your exam coverage and wellness discounts automatically.

    Visit Any of Our Three Locations

    Your membership works at Anaheim, Buena Park, and Mission Viejo. If you have been seen at one location and visit another, your membership is fully recognized — no extra steps needed.

    At the end of your 365-day period, your membership renews automatically through Join It. You will receive an email notification before your renewal date with the option to manage or cancel online.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We reserve each appointment especially for your pet, and we know schedules can change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. To ensure we can care for all our patients fairly, we track late cancellations and no-shows. After two scheduling adjustments, we'll reach out to help find times that work better for your family. Our goal is to make sure every appointment slot goes to a pet whose family can make it — because your pet deserves dedicated care time.

Membership is Per Pet

The membership belongs to the individual pet and cannot be shared or transferred between animals. If you have multiple pets, each one will need their own enrollment.

If Your Pet Passes Away

These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis by our leadership team. Please reach out to us directly and we will work with you. The membership cannot be transferred to another pet.

Enroll Your Pet — $199/Year

The membership is per individual pet and cannot be shared or transferred between animals. If you have multiple pets in your household, each one will need their own membership enrollment.
The discount applies to eligible wellness items including vaccines, lab work, nail trims, technician services, and other wellness-related services. It does not apply to the full invoice — sick visits, surgeries, and medications outside the wellness category are not included.
We are so sorry if you ever find yourself in this situation. Membership in the case of a pet passing away mid-year is handled on a case-by-case basis by our leadership team. Please reach out to us directly and we will work with you through a difficult time. The membership cannot be transferred to another pet.
