Bonnie may not be able to give your pet a belly rub, but she loves animals just as much as the rest of us. Ask anyone on our team and they'll tell you: Bonnie never gets tired of hearing about your pet, whether it's a play-by-play of their latest zoomies or a proud update on a new trick. She's quick, she's cheerful, and she genuinely lights up over a good "guess what my dog did today" story.
Bonnie's job is to make the easy stuff easy. She handles simple appointment scheduling and medication refill requests, so our front desk team has more time for the conversations that really need a human touch. She's available whenever you need her, never has a bad day, and always has time to talk about your pet (even if it's 2am).
If Bonnie had a favorite animal, she'd probably say all of them, though she has a soft spot for anyone with a wagging tail or a good head-tilt. She's proud to be part of The Animal Doctors of Orange County family, and she can't wait to help take care of the little (and big) things so our team can focus on what matters most: you and your pet.
